I have a question regarding the supported staining types for CONCH. Besides H&E and IHC, does CONCH support feature extraction on other histological stains, such as Masson trichrome or Congo red?
I have read your paper and noticed that the dataset mainly consists of H&E-stained images. Our cohort also primarily includes H&E staining, and we are considering incorporating additional staining types.
Do you have any suggestions?
