Missed one, returnID should also be present on the send side for ExecuteLuaCode. However, should I implement the game's behavior of autoincrementing this value on each subsequent ExecuteLua?

I haven't checked but afaik it should work even when sending 0 as Id every time. It just needs to be populated.
