This PR adds the new "What is the Meteor Guide?" section to the v3 docs.

  • Provides a modern, beginner-friendly explanation of the guide.
  • Updates links to React, Vue, Svelte, Blaze, and Solid.
  • Adds references to API docs, GitHub repo, and Atmosphere packages.
  • Written in the same tone and style as the Meteor 3 Introduction section.

  1. You forgot to add this session to v3-docs/v3-migration-docs/.vitepress/config.mts, otherwise it doesn't appear in the menu
  2. Is it in the right place? Guides should be in docs-v3 IMO, not in migration giude
