I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR fixes the failing GitHub Actions on the
9bf08c5(master) branch. The issue was related to the network loading process in thebase_model.pyfile. The existing code was modified to ensure that the network loading works correctly.Summary of Changes
