compile .tex and view the pdf:
rubber -d josmref.tex && okular josmref.pdf

please use a linebreak after 79 char
please only include .tex source and the source graphics,
do not add the .pdf file or logfiles. 

The maintainer compiles the .tex files and upload the .pdf 
short time after change.
