Hey there, I'm Mike 👋

Engineering leader building AI-enabled systems, automation, and scalable product infrastructure

I lead engineering at the intersection of AI, business operations, and enterprise platforms — turning messy real-world processes into reliable software, integrations, and internal tools that move companies faster.

What I do

I’m a hands-on engineering leader with a background across full-stack development, AI systems, Salesforce architecture, cloud infrastructure, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

My work is usually focused on one goal: make the business run faster with better software.

That includes:

  • Building internal platforms that reduce manual work and operational drag
  • Designing AI-assisted workflows for support, sales, marketing, and knowledge work
  • Leading engineering teams through roadmap execution, delivery, and technical decision-making
  • Turning early-stage ideas into practical tools people can actually use

Current focus

  • AI-native business operations — using LLMs, agents, automation, and structured workflows to unlock leverage across teams
  • Engineering leadership — hiring, mentoring, architecture reviews, delivery planning, and scaling technical execution
  • Cloud architecture — building reliable, auditable systems across CRM, integrations, data, and internal apps
  • Developer velocity — improving release pipelines, observability, documentation, and maintainability

Leadership style

I like teams that are practical, curious, and fast-moving.

The best engineering work happens when people understand the business problem, own the outcome, and build systems that are simple enough to survive in the real world.

I care a lot about:

  • Clean architecture without over-engineering
  • Shipping useful things quickly
  • Automating repetitive work
  • Making systems observable and supportable
  • Helping engineers grow into broader technical leaders
