invalid cookies + blanking out cookies file + deleting executable #95
hello. i was trying to download media by @misekai_555 on twitter, i had successfully managed to download media by someone else just a bit earlier, but for some reason it is no longer working.
i am on Windows 11 Pro version 25H2, i downloaded the precompiled binary for amd64 and ran the command to download as follows: twmd.exe -u misekai_555 -o twmd -C -a -n 3000, (i should note i renamed the executable for ease of typing but it doesn't work even when the executable has the original name) the command is executed successfully and brings up "twmd" in ascii art as normal but then starts displaying "false Invalid cookies. Please try again later." over and over until it prompts me to input the string for the cookies. regardless of what i type the same thing happens and suddenly the twmd_cookies.json file only has "[]" in it. this goes for any -n value set.
i have tried redownloading the exe, re-exporting my cookies, restarting my system, everything, but nothing changes. at one point, i even found that by some weird bug the exe had become completely zeroed out, displaying a "this app can't run on your pc" message when trying to run the program.
while the included screenshot shows it being run in powershell, the same thing happens in the default command prompt and also within ubuntu linux through wsl.
