This repository connects Gitlab & Slack using a dialog

1. Create custom app on Slack
2. Enable bot user via the app on Slack
3. Get OAuth2 bot credentials from Slack
4. Enable interactive components on Slack app
5. Host this service and input the callback URL on the Slack interactive component settings
6. Create custom action in Slack app with the name slack_gitlab_create_issue
