Expected behavior

When updating from v12 to v13 the user is asked for the language he wants to use.
When selecting the language it is stored and the UI is displayed in this language.

Actual behavior

After updating and selecting "Deutsch" the quick tutorial is displayed in German.
After removing the card and reinserting it the right way around, the UI switches back to Czech.

Step by step guide to reproduce the problem

1. Update from v12 to v13 following the standard procedure, letting the card inserted upside down
2. When asked, select "Deutsch" as language
3. Go through the quick tutorial
4. Remove the card and reinsert it the right way around
5. The UI is displayed in Czech
