Welcome to my GitHub profile! I'm a Health Engineering student, specializing in Bioinformatics, passionate about technology and software development.

- Aniridia-SysBio: Systems Biology research on the biological and genetic networks involved in Aniridia (PAX6 gene).
- KardiaProject: Data analysis and modeling related to heart health and cardiac issues.
- Semanti-View: Semantic web project: JSON to HTML converter, ontology design with Protégé, and SPARQL queries.
- No-BNo-Good: Python ETL pipeline to clean, skolemize, and transform RDF graphs (JSON-LD), removing BNodes and processing in batches.
- isa2024-healthcalc: Internship project for the Advanced Software course.
- edowl: An automation tool that validates and transforms JSON data catalogs into RDF Knowledge Graphs compliant with DCAT, IDS, and ODRL standards.
