Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open comments.pdf
2. Select a text and add a comment
3. Select red comment color (for better visibility)
4. Close the highlight toolbar

What is the expected behavior?

When closing the highlight toolbar, the annotationCommentButton should stay red.

What went wrong?

When closing the highlight toolbar, the annotationCommentButton is gray and not red.

The newly added HTML annotation misses the background-color: rgb(215, 0, 0); that pre-existing annotations have.
