Cowsay generator for Neovim (written in Lua).

I like the Alpha startup screen for Neovim but it comes without a Cowsay generator (I can live without a Cowsay generator in Neovim, but I guess I like it). :)

No official config, but it's pretty easy to make the "baloon" wider or narrower (or to remove the "cow" ASCII art, or replace it with different "graphics").
