Change the WordPress logo and its link on the login screen and admin toolbar; add favicon; supports multisite network defaults/enforcement; optional logout redirect; custom admin-bar menu items.

== Description ==
- Replace the WordPress logo on the **login** screen (also used on the logout confirm screen).
- Change the **login logo link URL** and title attribute.
- Replace/remove the **WordPress logo in the admin toolbar** with your own logo and link.
- **Custom menu** under your branded admin-bar logo (up to 6 items, capability + new-tab per item).
- Add a **favicon** (site icon) with toggles for **front-end**, **admin**, **login**.
- Optional **logout redirect**.
- **Multisite**: Network defaults + enforcement option.
- Media Library buttons included to pick/upload images.
