Issue with Addak (ੱ) Position with TTHA (ਠ) and NA (ਨ) in Noto Sans #28

Hello. Thank you for providing us with great fonts.
I have noticed an issue with the position of Addak (ੱ) when it is followed by TTHA (ਠ) and NA (ਨ) in Noto Sans Gurmukhi.
Currently, Addak is positioned towards the right side.

I would like to request that Addak be centered as much as possible like Nirmala UI.
