Issue

Some sequences, when set in Noto Nastaliq Urdu v4.000, have incorrect joins/shapes. Screenshots below show the incorrect rendering in v4.000, and the correct one in v3.009.

Joins/shapes are correct, but a bit more space between ت and ع would be nice
