Extracting features from a new dataset #23

Hi, I would like to extract slide-features from a dataset in my hospital. Reading the documentation and the code, it is actually not clear what I exactly need, a part from the WSI itself.
I assume the model runs on patches, so I could also give a .csv which points at the coordinates of extracted patches (and it looks like this

)

Could you be a bit more clear on this?
