- Added SettingsBloc, SettingsEvent, and SettingsState to manage app settings. - Created SettingsScreen for user configuration with options for theme, scan timeout, connection timeout, auto-connect, and more. - Integrated SharedPreferences for persistent storage of settings. - Updated BleScanScreen to include a settings icon in the app bar for easy access to settings. - Replaced TextField with CupertinoSearchTextField for device name filtering in BleScanView. - Added necessary dependencies for shared preferences and Google Fonts.
