handlerTypeIdentifiertoScheduledTransactionto allow users to query handler information about their transactions from the leftover scheduled transactions object even after they have been executed. I have been talking with Dev-Rel about what functionality will be important to have for making these easier for users and this will make some of what we want a lot easier down the line. It is important to add this now because we cannot add fields in upgrades.
