Fixes and optimizations for vars and keywords #3

Fixed compiler, avoid resolving vars with ^:dynamic and ^:redef when compiling.
Fixed keyword Token fragment implementation.
Fixed Fn and Deref for AttributeFragmentValue, allowing them dereference to any AttributeFragmentValues instead of just Strings.
Optimized keyword fragment implementation for Token and AttributeFragmentValue.
Minor allocation optimization for collection AttributeFragmentValues
Disabled experimental compiler feature, let binding attribute inference.
Bump Clojure version to 1.11.4
