When Door extends DoorInfo it got the extensions in the "middle" of the
type which gsoap doesn't like causing occurance violation errors.
Instead extend DoorInfoBase and add the Capabilities element first
to Door type.

This solves https://wush.net/trac/onvif/ticket/2727
