### BREAKING CHANGES

* The wsl flag allowed users to use their Windows .upmconfig.toml from inside their wsl session. This feature was rarely used and can also be emulated by external means.

If you relied on this feature, please find another way to link to your windows .upmconfig.toml from inside wsl. For example using a symlink.
