aria_ros

Tools for working with Meta's Aria glasses in ROS including a tool to convert from VRS to rosbags and to extract useful content.

This package depends on projectaria_client_sdk. See requirements.txt and setup.bash

aria_ros/scripts/vrs_to_bag.py

Tool to convert VRS files to compressed or uncompressed rosbags.

aria_ros/scripts/vrs_to_folders.py

Tool to convert VRS files to image and imu folders. To use for feed-forward models.

aria_ros/scripts/bag_to_folder.py

(Dirty) tool to convert ros2 bags to image and imu folders. To use for feed-forward models.

aria_ros/scripts/mps_to_tum.py

Tool to convert closed-loop trajectory outputs from Meta's MPS services into TUM format. The resulting file will use device time converted to nanoseconds (not UTC).
