Hi,
how can I get which is the % of total k-mers that are significant (in case and control separately)? If I count lines in case_out_wo_bonf.kmerDiff and case_out_w_bonf.kmerDiff I get different numbers and the file total_kmers.txt I guess contains the total sum but not separated by group.
