This PR adds Fleet recipes for the following applications:

Recipe Robot (ElliotJordan) - AutoPkg recipe creation tool
GitHub CLI (GitHub) - GitHub's official command-line tool
MeetingBar (MeetingBar) - Calendar and meeting management menu bar app
Tailscale (Tailscale) - VPN and networking tool
Elgato Stream Deck (Elgato) - Stream control device software

All recipes:

Use the combined recipe format supporting both direct and GitOps modes
Include automatic icon extraction
Use appropriate Fleet categories (Developer tools or Productivity)
Follow the repository style guide and template structure
