We propose deprecating awslabs.openapi-mcp-server: all of its features are believed to be covered by the upstream Apache-2.0 licensed FastMCP (PrefectHQ/fastmcp), which it already wraps. In-process users move to FastMCP.from_openapi; standalone users run a small entrypoint via fastmcp run. Please comment if you rely on a capability you believe FastMCP does not cover.
