Keyboard Shortcut Suggestions #350

It would be great to have keyboard shortcuts for the following commands.

Must haves:

1. zoom in (can be the - key)
2. zoom out (= key)
3. pan the canvas (using arrow keys)

Nice to have:

1. arrange tables: I think of this as the equivalent of formatting code.
2. switch between select tool and drag tool
3. open table list (this would compliment the / shortcut)
