Rename the struct curl_ctx member mtd_api_ver to mtd_api_ver_hdr as this better describes it. It is the full "Accept" header. Signed-off-by: Andrew Clayton <ac@sigsegv.uk>
Include both the MTD API name & version in the result JSON
E.g.
