EPIJudge failed to run C++ test 'count_inversions.exe' with MSVC on windows.
Open a source issue ticket EPIJudge failed to run C++ test 'count_inversions.exe' with MSVC on windows #220 to track it.
Make this PR to fix this test issue with MSVC on windows.
