resolves #724

Description
I have developed and tested the Minesweeper game. It is fully functional and ready for review.

Game Features

  • A minesweeper game with its main goal to clear a rectangular board containing hidden "mines" or bombs without detonating any of them.
  • Allow users to choose the difficulty level of the game, such as 1,2,3....7. According to which grid size and number of mines
    changes.
  • If the user opens a cell with a bomb, display a loss message in a toast notification.
  • Allow users to reset game with help of a reset button.

I am in the process of creating a pull request for this feature. Your feedback is welcome!

**Status**
  • Code changes have been tested against prettier, or there are no code changes
  • I know how to update typings and have done so, or typings don't need updating
