Problem
Google Analytics (gtag.js) and Disqus load for all real visitors without any consent mechanism, and the site has no Impressum or privacy policy. For a site operated from Germany that links to an Upwork freelancer profile, §5 DDG (Impressumspflicht) and GDPR/TTDSG consent requirements for analytics cookies are a real exposure. Issue #17 (footer imprint links) was closed without this being addressed.
Proposal
Decide the compliance stance explicitly: add an Impressum + Datenschutzerklärung page and either a consent banner or a consent-free analytics setup, or document a conscious decision not to. E2e specs for the new pages/banner follow whatever is decided.
