This PR is a ported version of airsonic-advanced/airsonic-advanced#317 / airsonic-advanced/airsonic-advanced#345 it's based also on PR #1773 which brings the ability to rescan all medias to refresh the cover art.
This PR brings the ability to choose from which source you would like to get the cover art from.
