• YYYY: Each top-level folder represents a specific (e.g., 2024, 2025).
• ProgramName: Represents a specific mentorship program (e.g., GSoC, LFXMentorship).
• OrganizationName-StudentName: Sub-folders are named by the organization the student contributed to and the student's name.
• proposal.pdf / proposal.md: The core proposal document.
