Summary

• Move app-level controls into a dedicated My Apps Settings modal
• Keep layout controls and Update My Apps in the settings dropdown
• Add Import/Export buttons to the modal with copy clarifying they only affect My Apps settings
• Keep the greeting visible by default unless explicitly hidden
