Summary

• Bind a document-level App Store paste handler during launcher initialization
• Allow supported App Store URLs, GitHub PR/commit URLs, and blueprint JSON to be pasted from the main launcher screen
• Preserve normal paste behavior for editable fields and other active launcher UI
• Reuse the App Store load promise so pasted GitHub references/blueprints can import after catalog data is ready
