Error: cmake and VS2022 and msys #28

Hi there,

I try to compile it, but msys I have error like this:

The C compiler

It fails with the following output:

And Windows VS2022 have Problems with the Full Flag like this:

set(LIB_CFLAGS "-std=c99 -Wall -Werror=strict-prototypes -Werror=old-style-definition -Werror=missing-prototypes -D_POSIX_C_SOURCE=200809L -Wno-gnu-folding-constant")

I know I am new with VS2022 I used other Dev. Language.
But can someone of you @ALL help me find out how I can try to compile it ?
