With the addition of zabbix_server_database_schemas, the zabbix_server_database_file_dir is better suited as an internal variable for us, as it has not been documented. I'm also renaming it for clarity.

...database_file_dir, and moving it to "internal" variables and renaming it. As the new variables are a better way for users to override.
