More preliminary sound. I do not understand how DirectSound works yet, so I have a SoundBuffer and a LoopBuffer, I will probably only wind up needing the LoopBuffer.

Added preliminary sound support (does not work, just inits properly.) This is hopefully on the road to fix the Z80 issue, because we can declare bAudOkay.

Good bye background music (for now), -O0 created a 19mb dol !_! I think I should get rid of Megadrive support, seems excessively huge with its 1.5mb of hugeness. Also emulator now unloads valid zip…

Removed the MMX stuff because it's not relevant to the Wii, also added the generated .h files from the Win32 build version so we don't have to mess with any perl in a Wii build.

Updated the make file a little bit, now its not separate, and I took out the erroring .c files. We shall see if this causes linker issues or not.

Almost have memory loading fully working. Still one more bug to squash, but I've almost got it. I have a feeling ftell is not giving me the right number? (maybe need to wrap (unsigned int) around it?)

Z80 depends on shared.h inside of genplus-gx, so we need to modify it properly. Also fixed the order of where PAIR is during compiles.
