This PR addresses a runtime database error Error 1054 (42S22): Unknown column 'updated_at' in 'SELECT' encountered on the admin FAQ questions page.

The issue arose because the faq and faq_categories tables in the running database (and database/schema.mysql.sql) were missing the updated_at column (and priority for faq_categories), despite the application code (and internal/db structs) expecting them.

This change:

  1. Adds a new migration migrations/0083.mysql.sql which uses ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS to safely add the missing columns.
  2. Updates database/schema.mysql.sql to include these columns in the canonical schema definition and bumps the schema version to 83.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17946101474691673393 started by @arran4

- Add migration `0083.mysql.sql` to add `updated_at` to `faq` and `updated_at`, `priority` to `faq_categories`.
- Update `database/schema.mysql.sql` to reflect these changes and update schema version to 83.
