Fix missing updated_at and priority columns in FAQ tables#2757

This PR addresses a runtime database error
Error 1054 (42S22): Unknown column 'updated_at' in 'SELECT'encountered on the admin FAQ questions page.The issue arose because the
faqandfaq_categoriestables in the running database (anddatabase/schema.mysql.sql) were missing theupdated_atcolumn (andpriorityforfaq_categories), despite the application code (andinternal/dbstructs) expecting them.This change:
