Note: Only a few themes are updated for modern GIMP, such as Photoshop2, Dark Professional, Clean Dark, Nocturnal, ExpDark, Plasticity, and Clean Dark 2.
First, download the GIMP 3 theme file.
Then Extract The file.
Then Find the GIMP Theme folder
Then Paste the extracted gimp theme file to the gimp theme folder
