Cork is developed by David Bureš and is provided as-is, unless otherwise stated in individual contracts and other relevant documents.

This provisional license is to prevent bad faith actors from making use of the hard work of Cork's community for nothing in return.

The basis for this provisional license is the Commons Clause, which may add other provisions not specified in this provisional license.

Cork's source code is available for individual inspection. However, unless agreed upon by written contract with RIKIDAR, računalniške storitve, d.o.o., Maribor, Slovenia, Matična številka 7323352000 (thereinafter "us"), acting as its sole legal representative, any entity, legal or natural (thereinafter "you") may not use Cork, its source code or modified versions of any part or module of Cork (thereinafter "it"), for:

• Building your own competing product
• Using parts of it to build your own competing product or other software

Furthermore, you are forbidden, unless agreed upon with us in writing, from:

• Reselling it
• Compiling it for other than individual use
• Distributing it on a mass scale

You are allowed to:

• Inspect its code and other assets for personal use
• Contribute to it
