 * Minor program's under-the-hood fixes
 * `Koi.DESKTOP` file now shows only in KDE Plasma; is hidden elsewhere
 * Added support for Guix GNU/Linux; Added BUILDing environmental
   variables for Guix GNU/Linux in `CMakeLists.txt` file
 * Updated 'commented - #' procedure sections for `CMakeLists.txt` file
 * Updated BUILD instructions for various Linux Distributions; in:
   `Koi/Development/Building/Distributions/...`

Fixed typos in README

Needed to rename the: `koi.desktop` file to: `local.KoiDbusInterface.…

…desktop` at install time in accordance with DBus service integration and its interfaces - Added parameter: `DBusActivatable=true`; added `Implements=*` line to specify what DBus interfaces/methods Koi provides, in the `Koi.DESKTOP` file. This was very tricky to get it without errors . . . !
