SD now pushes config to the bike faster after first connect. Ride on!

This release updates the connection logic for faster, more stable bike connections.

• Updated a few deps. Should make the app smoother, especially on Android.

Fix permissions on Android 14

Major update! The app has gone through a re-architecture. You may not notice many changes to the UI, but things are simpler under the hood. We should see fewer errors and an over all better experience.

However, in order to remove some complexity, the app needed to start over with no data. This means you'll have to change your bike names again.

• Major code refactor. Should fix many crashes.
• Little UI changes to make better use of space.
• Removed a whole screen for better UX.
