At Booking.com, I’ve spent the past 8 years shaping the developer experience for 4,000+ engineers and 3,000+ services, driving initiatives from replatforming legacy systems to building AI adoption frameworks. Most recently, I’ve led our exploration of GenAI in engineering, designing the AI Engineering Platform that makes AI usable, safe, and measurable at scale.
