Detection of contents of complex_dynamic_effect fails #97

Parser currently provides the CW240 error (using cwtool/cwtools-eu4-config) during lookup for references made inside of complex_dynamic_events. Here is an example segment using EU4 base game files. WOC_Dutch_Missions.txt should be cached as part of the vanilla files cache. Other cached regular defined flags across non-complex_dynamic_event blocks are properly referenced and do not trigger this error.
