Nice, simple and no extra dependencies => Perfect! Thanks for this Cris.
I was looking at the score and I realized that in the future we might want to add the spread tests for the coverage to get a higher score in the cmd module if we ever need to. Just something to keep in mind.

This PR introduces scheduled CI runs for the Tiobe TiCS static code analysis. A future PR may repurpose this workflow to also run on PRs, offering quality review gate (this is pending on work from Tiobe).
