Hi,

Current GraffiTE pipeline does not retain phasing results from its input VCF because of rows 283, 293 in main.nf.

Sniffles2 has phasing option, so changing GraffiTE to accept the input VCF phasing results will be useful for people who wishes to use GraffiTE from repeatmask_VCF step on their phased VCF data.
