🗣 Description

This pull request upgrades the Docker image to use a Debian Trixie base image.

💭 Motivation and context

It is important to stay current.

Somewhat related but I created #134 to track migration to Alpine Linux since the only wrinkle for that in this project is ensuring the gather-domains.sh script works under ash.
