I'm quite desperate to solve this case: I need to disable win key opening start menu, but I need other win+[...] shortcuts (like win+E for opening explorer typically)

Do you think it would be possible for a program like winkill to achieve this ? I could jump into the code and make a PR to add this option (command line I suppose) but I'd like to know if you think that this would be possible
