This PR integrates Federated Learning (FL) with Open Cluster Management (OCM) to enable privacy-preserving AI model training across multi-cluster environments. Models are trained locally, ensuring data privacy while optimizing bandwidth and storage costs. It enhances OCM’s capabilities for scalable, efficient, and secure AI training.
