• Fix a crash when a comic does not have a url by @mizaki in #393

• Update macOS packaging, .zip, .cbz, .rar, .cbr, .7z, .cb7 files should all allow opening in ComicTagger from Finder

• 7zip support is now optional if installing via pip

• The standard notes value is now appended to instead of overwriting existing data fixes #390

• Update checking now works, disabled by default.

  

Settings will be changed in the next release

Currently the format used to store and retrieve settings has some downsides, primarily the format is not well defined and does not allow for more complex types.
Consequently there is now a warning that you must silence 4 times if you want it to go away.

Because a new format is being used the settings will not be deleted so you can open up an old version and the new version at the same time in order to compare.
